Senior Solutions Architect (Indaiatuba/SP)

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to work with one of our clients: one of the largest and most recognized manufacturers of agricultural and construction equipment in the world.

✨ Responsibilities:

• Design solutions that adhere to the strategic architecture and roadmap of the assigned products;
• Be close and collaborate with the product teams, to ensure the effectiveness of the solutions created;
• Support the product team in complex design issues;
• Create architectures and projects that cross multiple areas of capacity;
• Lead capacity area teams and external supplier teams; partners to address architecture and design and solve problems;
• Collaborate with the Group's Product managements (Product Manager and Engineering Manager) to understand problems and provide solutions;
• Lead technology selections with external suppliers.

✨ Requirements:

• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency (C1/C2) is mandatory - you will be in touch with customer's Global Team on a daily basis
• Bachelor’s degree in an Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology discipline
• Large experience in IT and over 3 years of experience in architectural design

✨Expected Skills and attribution

• Design solutions in multiple Potential Deliverables (PSI), ensuring that business and architectural needs are met and applying architectures, standards, and reference principles;
• Implement solutions to ensure adherence to approved projects and architecture, according to the needs and project life cycle that adhere to the strategic architecture and roadmap; ensures proper licensing and selection of technologies used in development teams;
• Assist in the selection of vendors and partners to ensure the solution is fit for a given feature set and compatibility with current toolsets;
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the construction of effective technological solutions; increase performance and promote improvements through a "hypothesize, experiment, measure, learn" approach;
• Facilitate the resolution of technical impediments raised by team members; collaborate and escalate issues to senior members as needed;
• Manage and/or execute Proofs of Concept (POC) to validate technologies for a given purpose during pre-sprint/planning activities; works closely with business partners to ensure that the necessary capabilities are met;
• Support the team by answering general questions and guiding in the design of the solution;
• Act as an advocate for team members on the principles of architectural design and governance that are essential to execution.
• Knowledge in AWS/Azure Tools and Architecture definition
• Experience with modernization and legacy systems.
